Why I read it
I LOVED the rest of the Royal’s and have been reading since day one!
What I rated it
What it’s about
These Royals will ruin you.
Easton Royal has it all: looks, money, intelligence. His goal in life is to have as much fun as possible. He never thinks about the consequences because he doesn’t have to.
Until Hartley Wright appears, shaking up his easy life. She’s the one girl who’s said no, despite being attracted to him. Easton can’t figure her out and that makes her all the more irresistible.
Hartley doesn’t want him. She says he needs to grow up.
She might be right.
Rivals. Rules. Regrets. For the first time in Easton’s life, wearing a Royal crown isn’t enough. He’s about to learn that the higher you start, the harder you fall.
Fallen Heir was an emotional thrill ride that had my emotions running the gamut! Just when I thought I knew Easton, I am taken on this dark thrill ride, deeper into his psyche, exposing all of his secrets. And that ending?! Whoever saw THAT coming!
When we got to know Easton, we knew him as a ladies man who loved to fight. But there is so much more to Easton than meets the eye. He has scars. Deep, emotional scars that he starts to show in Fallen Heir. Easton is so much more complicated than he ever let anyone, Ella included, see.
Hartley is another complicated character. Easton tries and tries to figure her out, but the secrets just keep piling up. On the surface, she tries to blend in, but deep down, you start to see there is a lot more than meets the eye.
When Easton and Hartley are together, you can feel not only the electric current, but the deeper connection they have, even if they don’t want to admit it at first!
You get to see a lot more the of twins and their relationship with Lauren in this book, and it really makes you see things from a different perspective. Callum, Reed and Ella also have a bit of a role in this book, so the cameos felt like a nice little bonus!
The amount drama you see in Fallen Heir is pretty typical of the Royals, so if you’ve loved the others, you will LOVE this one!
I wish I could say so much more about these two, but anything I say is going to be a spoiler! Just trust me, this is a really good read! Especially if you have been following the Royals Saga, then you will NOT be let down when you read Fallen Heir!
Fallen Heir is the fourth book in the Royal’s saga, and should NOT be read as a standalone.
