Guy Hater by J. Sterling ~ Amy’s Review

WHY I READ IT

I loved the title, cover,  and have enjoyed J. Sterlings writing in the past.

WHAT I RATED IT

WHAT IT’S ABOUT

Frank Fisher is quiet, pensive, and sexy as hell. He’s also stuck in a loveless relationship, bound by a promise he made years ago. It’s one he intends to keep, no matter the cost.

The night Claudia walks into his bar, both his life and his perspective are forever changed. She’s feisty, strong, independent and everything he never knew he needed. She’s also everything he never knew he wanted, and now he’s torn.

Will Frank follow his heart, or will guilt and obligation continue to rule his life? Choices aren’t always easy, especially when you’re a man, and Frank’s indecision may cost him more than he’s willing to lose.

AMY’S REVIEW

This was such a fun, flirty read.  The chemistry and banter were off the charts. The characters were amazing, I felt connected to them immediately and enjoyed their story.

This story was very unique, I had never read a storyline quite like it, I was on pins and needless reading it and wondering if the characters would cross that line.

I felt like I could have had more from this story.  While it was fun it didn’t delve as deeply into their story as I had hoped.  It felt like things were glossed over and it ended much to quickly.

Overall I really liked this book and look forward to the next book in this series.
