What We’re Reading This Week 2.20.17

Find out what had us glued to our kindles this week.

What Amy Has Been Reading

Pucked Off by Helena Hunting

After getting bits and pieces of Lance through out this series, I was more than ready for his story. It was everything I had hoped for and more. I absolutely adored Lance and his Poppy.

What Cassie Has Been Reading

Lost In Between by K.L. Kreig

At first glance and from the blurb, I know what most people are thinking, “Oh… another escort/rich guy scenario” but I promise there is depth to this story. The characters are developed and were more than their stereotypes (not that their stereotypes are bad). Kreig really delves into each character’s personal history and it really raises the bar. Even more than the well-developed characters, the story is one that will twist you in all the right places. There is a political element to this story that drives the core plot that will have you holding your breath and speculating just what scandal will pop up in the second book. The connections between characters will shock you. You will be left with your eyes wide and jaw on the floor.

What Jacque Has Been Reading

Her Touch by Alexa Riley

What’s not to love about Alexa Riley books. They always deliver. I loved that her touch was a bit longer than their usual novellas. We were treated to more story, more angst, most lust, more everything!

What Jenn Has Been Reading

Pucked Off by Helena Hunting

Holy heck Lance! Where have you been hiding?! You think you know a guy after the first few books in the series. Turns out, we don’t know a damn thing. This book was definitely darker than the other books in the series, but Lance’s story is deep, and personal, and just so damn heartbreaking, you can’t help but root for his happy ending.

What Katie Has Been Reading

Fallen Crest University by Tijan

I love watching the Kades and Sam growing up and becoming their own person outside of the Fearsome Threesome. Sam is especially growing into her own strong individual woman and it’s epic to watch the growth. I love a good drama, and this book is not lacking with that and all the twists and turns!
